Transfer to A New Smartphone

1. Ensure phone is connected to Wi-Fi (preferably at home as the work network may get bogged down if everyone attempts to back-up simultaneously)

2. Ensure that Apple device has an Apple ID/iCloud account set-up with username and password. To create an Apple ID follow these instructions. To set up your Apple ID for iCloud and iTunes follow these instructions.

3. Follow these instructions to create a BACKUP of your data and RESTORE to your new iPhone.
